On the 8th of March, our employees came together virtually to celebrate International Women’s Day with a live panel event, book club meetings, internal e-cards to colleagues, and on social media. The day of events went very well and we’re glad we were able to start the conversation and connect with everyone virtually.
Live Panel Event
Our panel event team inspired all of our employees to have a voice, be your own cheerleader, and take charge of your career. Kodak Moments President, Nicki Zongrone, was a panelist at this event with a key message that whether male or female, we all need to work together to create change and mentor females in the workplace.

Beyond The Book Club
Additionally, the book club discussed the importance of having a plan, challenging your internal critic, and controlling what you can. The first session focused on the first part of the book, Unapologetically Ambitious by Shellye Archambeau, which offers a blueprint for how to achieve your personal and professional goals.
